
Dr. Earl Gillett married Tami McGuire Gillett in 1989. They have two adult daughters, Abigail and Amber. Amber is married to Luke and they have one daughter, Gemma.
After graduation from Olivet Nazarene University (’89) and Nazarene Theological Seminary (’92) Earl served in youth ministry for 11 years. In 2003 his role changed as he took on his first pastorate at Milwaukee (WI) First Church of the Nazarene where he pastored for 11 years.
